Desired Qualifications:

  • Current SLP licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of SLP - CCC or eligibility for SLP - CFY
  • Previous experience in a school-based role preferred, but motivated CFYs are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students
  • Develop and implement clear, measurable IEP goals in collaboration with special education teams
  • Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
  • Communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding student needs and progress
  • Support a positive, inclusive learning environment across the campus
