Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates also considered
  • Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy services
  • Proficiency in evaluating and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and a commitment to supporting IEP-driven therapy plans

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication disorder assessments
  • Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions for students
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide innovative, evidence-based interventions in person or via teletherapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to monitor and document student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings
