Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric caseloads in school or healthcare settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and educational staff
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment for students with communication and language disorders
- Work closely with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom setting
- Maintain accurate case notes, service logs, and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Support teams in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for each student’s needs
- Utilize best practices in speech therapy, incorporating evidence-based interventions
