Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Work closely with teachers and educational staff to support classroom goals and student IEPs
- Conduct engaging individual and small group therapy sessions
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and contribute valuable input for eligibility and progress reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and timely reports
- Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers to reinforce learning at home
- Stay current with best practices and professional developments in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably across a range of grade levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of an educational support team
