Here’s an excellent opportunity for speech-language pathologists who are passionate about supporting young learners. A contract position is open for dedicated professionals, serving PreK and elementary students in a supportive school environment. This full-time assignment calls for four SLPs to help meet growing student needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Active and valid SLP license (State requirements must be met)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience or strong interest in PreK and elementary-age children
  • Proficient with assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for speech and language disorders
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing ABI VBD strategies for communication and behavioral support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality therapy and support for PreK and elementary students with varied communication needs
  • Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering tailored interventions and progress reports
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to promote student success
  • Utilize ABI VBD methodologies to support communication development and positive behaviors
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary planning
