Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing essential speech and language services in a supportive school environment. This full-time, contract opportunity is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who are ready to support PreK and elementary students in their communication growth. Join a collaborative team of four dedicated SLPs and use your expertise to influence student success. Experience working with Applied Behavioral Intervention (Abi VBD) will be highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an SLP and CCC certification required
  • Experience working with PreK and elementary-aged children
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Understanding or experience with Abi VBD interventions is a plus
  • Confident in evaluation, planning, and implementing therapy for diverse caseloads
  • Positive, flexible attitude and strong collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to PreK and elementary students
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Tailor interventions using best practices and, when appropriate, Abi VBD strategies
  • Consult with educators and families for effective student support
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights to enhance program quality
