In this collaborative environment, you'll join a cohesive group of professionals, working alongside three other SLPs to ensure outstanding support for students. Your skills in Applied Behavior Intervention (ABI) and Verbal Behavior Development (VBD) will be particularly valued as you design and deliver creative, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous experience supporting PreK and elementary-aged children
  • Strong understanding of ABI and VBD strategies
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-centric practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in PreK and elementary settings
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans targeting communication, language, and social development
  • Collaborate with other SLPs, educators, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Implement ABI and VBD methods within therapy sessions and classroom support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to an encouraging, innovative learning environment
