We are seeking four experienced professionals passionate about fostering communication skills and making a meaningful impact in young learners’ lives. Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) will empower students to overcome challenges and succeed academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience working with PreK and/or elementary-aged children in educational settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • A commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive approaches
  • Experience or familiarity with Applied Behavioral Interventions (ABI) and Verbal Behavior Development (VBD) techniques is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to PreK and elementary students
  • Complete thorough evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and data-driven discussions to advocate for students’ needs
  • Utilize ABI and VBD methodologies as appropriate to promote communication development
