Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Active, valid state SLP license (or eligibility in Michigan)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and case conferences
  • Offer consultative services and recommendations to teachers and support staff
