Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience working in a school environment preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school and professional guidelines
• Consult with educators and families to support student development and classroom success
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and professional development sessions
