Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Warren, MI area. Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLP licensure with credentials to work in schools (CFY or CCC accepted)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary-age populations
  • Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual needs
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with parents, teachers, and team members
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical services in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and deliver direct treatment for students with communication challenges
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports compliant with state and school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families and staff
  • Create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning atmosphere across all therapy sessions
