Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• Previous experience within a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach with the ability to build trust and motivate students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language screenings and formal assessments
• Develop and implement tailored IEP goals and intervention strategies
• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing feedback
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share expertise and contribute to educational planning
