Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited program in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience within a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach with the ability to build trust and motivate students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings and formal assessments
- Develop and implement tailored IEP goals and intervention strategies
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing feedback
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to share expertise and contribute to educational planning
