Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Warren, Michigan

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Active state Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with pediatric and elementary school populations
• Practice in teletherapy, traditional school environments, or healthcare settings valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse elementary caseload, conducting assessments, evaluations, and individualized therapy sessions
• Design and implement IEPs tailored to student needs in articulation, fluency, language, and social pragmatics
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Engage in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
