This rewarding opportunity involves supporting a caseload of 40–55 students, providing essential speech and language services on-site in a collaborative school environment. Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with students on the autism spectrum
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Committed to collaborative work with educators, families, and fellow professionals

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
• Plan and deliver evidence-based therapy, tailored to students’ unique profiles within an ASD classroom
• Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate communication goals into daily instruction
• Track student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and adjust interventions as needed
• Actively participate in school meetings, professional development, and team problem-solving sessions
