Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative educational setting, beginning August 25 and continuing through June 18. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students, with potential for an increased number, all while working 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP licensure for practice in schools
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with providing speech and language services in school environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing a dynamic caseload and collaborating with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary-aged students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Write and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEPs
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and communicate recommendations with staff and families
  • Provide support and guidance for language, articulation, fluency, and social skills development
  • Adapt service delivery to accommodate changes in caseload as needed
