Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
  • Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for various speech and language disorders
  • Ability to tailor interventions to students of different ages and developmental needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions—both individual and group
  • Regularly document student progress and adjust treatment as necessary
  • Engage with teachers and parents to ensure strategies are effective across school settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student success
