Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) welcome
  • License to practice in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings, preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assessment and intervention services to elementary students, including those in self-contained classrooms
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support speech/language and communication development
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting as required by school policies
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student IEPs
