Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Previous experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and in-person services
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs within the elementary population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
  • Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as appropriate
  • Maintain organized records for documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the design of supportive intervention strategies
  • Split schedule between one to two campus locations as needed
