Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience in pediatric and elementary school populations highly preferred
  • Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy SLP service delivery
  • Ability to organize and manage a dynamic caseload effectively
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress and meet IEP goals
  • Implement a mix of direct and virtual therapy sessions, as needed
  • Maintain clear records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource on speech and communication concerns to school personnel and families
  • Travel between 1-2 assigned school locations within a manageable area
