Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in pediatric and elementary school populations highly preferred
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy SLP service delivery
- Ability to organize and manage a dynamic caseload effectively
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student progress and meet IEP goals
- Implement a mix of direct and virtual therapy sessions, as needed
- Maintain clear records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource on speech and communication concerns to school personnel and families
- Travel between 1-2 assigned school locations within a manageable area
