Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Bilingual proficiency (essential for consideration)
- Hold or eligible for SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based SLP experience is a plus
- Not open to SLPAs; must hold appropriate licensure
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services two days per week (any combination of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in both onsite and teletherapy service delivery
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for students of varying backgrounds
