Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CF) eager to grow under supervision
  • Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments
  • Strong teletherapy skills and comfort with digital platforms for remote evaluation and therapy
  • Bilingual—proficiency in a second language is required
  • Not open to SLPAs
  • Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds with a range of speech and language needs

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services to elementary and secondary students via teletherapy
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement effective treatment plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with educators, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Attend virtual meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
  • Monitor student progress, adjust treatments accordingly, and provide culturally responsive services
