As a contract Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, fluency, and/or swallowing disorders
  • Participate as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team for IEP meetings and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy techniques into the classroom
  • Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and recommendations for at-home reinforcement
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions based on students' needs
