Skills & Qualifications:

• Holds a current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required
• Previous experience working within school settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention for students requiring support in articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress reviews
• Offer consultation and training for teachers and families to support classroom integration
