Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Prior experience with high school-aged students is preferred, though strong clinical skills with other age groups will be considered
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to a high school caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to address students’ communication needs in the academic setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engage parents and guardians in the therapeutic process and provide ongoing updates on student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team discussions
• Adapt therapies and materials to meet diverse student needs
