Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Eligible for or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) encouraged
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy strategies to deliver services
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP development
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and counsel families, teachers, and staff on support strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
