Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Holds current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school environments preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of speech and language assessments, intervention, and therapy practices within school settings
  • Skilled in collaborating with educators, families, and other related services
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress in compliance with all regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student needs
  • Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine therapy requirements and goals
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment

This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with the workday starting at 7:30 am and finishing at 3:15 pm. This structure allows you to meaningfully engage with students, invest in their development, and enjoy a predictable routine.
