Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current and valid SLP license for the state
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting beneficial
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
