Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with high school caseloads
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Designing and carrying out evidence-based therapy for individual and group sessions
  • Coordinating with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure integrated support for students
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records, including progress notes and IEP documentation
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing recommendations for student goals
  • Fostering a positive learning environment for student success
