Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP licensure for practice in Pennsylvania
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a secondary caseload comprised primarily of elementary students, with potential to serve older elementary or secondary students as needed
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, families, and other support professionals
  • Track progress and maintain detailed documentation in accordance with legal and district policies
  • Adjust intervention strategies based on student response and evolving needs
