We’re seeking an SLP with clinical certification (SLP-CCC) who’s comfortable working in a lively school setting near Washougal, WA. Your expertise will be valued, and your guidance will contribute meaningfully to students’ academic journeys and social development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Washington
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong CFYs with relevant experience are welcome
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with K-12 students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Deliver services in both 1:1 and group settings, adapting therapy for diverse student needs
