Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
  • Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with appropriate school experience
  • Prior experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with students, families, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated capacity for both independent work and effective teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide tailored therapy sessions aimed at achieving language and speech targets
  • Track progress and document outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and health professionals to support student success
  • Educate and involve families throughout the therapy process to maximize outcomes
