Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or interest in providing therapy in school settings
- Comfortable with SLP teletherapy services, when needed
- Ability to manage an elementary caseload and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for elementary students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy in person and through teletherapy, as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and allied professionals to foster student success
- Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and colleagues
