There are multiple openings available, with full-time, 37.5-hour workweeks (up to 7.5 hours per day), providing stability and consistency. You’ll cover services at one or two school locations, both conveniently situated near the Waterbury area.

Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship candidates welcome
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for state licensure in Connecticut as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience or strong interest in working with diverse student populations (Pre-K–8)
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and travel between up to two school sites

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Document progress and maintain accurate case management records
  • Engage with classroom staff and families to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning
