This contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in collaborating with educators and promoting students’ communication skills across a range of grade levels, from kindergarten through high school.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it prior to start
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or CFY considered
  • Relevant experience with K-12 populations, including Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs across all grade levels
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to support student progress
  • Develop goals, track progress, and complete required documentation for IEPs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team-based strategies
  • Offer support and training to staff and caregivers as needed
