Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 grades
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to deliver effective therapy and monitor progress
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and IEPs
  • Provide direct and consultative services to meet each student’s unique goals
  • Adapt interventions to address varying age groups and learning styles
