Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP licensure in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with school-aged children, preferably across K-12 grades
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to deliver effective therapy and monitor progress
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and IEPs
- Provide direct and consultative services to meet each student’s unique goals
- Adapt interventions to address varying age groups and learning styles
