Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidacy
- Eligible for or currently hold state licensure
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings
- Proficiency with teletherapy delivery models
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to plan, implement, and document individualized therapy interventions
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy sessions in person and/or via teletherapy platforms as appropriate
- Provide consultative support and guidance to teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development activities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing school-based services
