Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP-CFY status welcomed
  • Previous experience working in schools or with early childhood populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for early childhood students with communication and speech disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with educational teams and families
  • Document progress, maintain records, and communicate student status to stakeholders
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and provide compassionate support to foster student growth
