Step into a dynamic school-based contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to elementary-aged students. This full-time position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2027, offering consistent hours and the chance to truly make a difference. Serving a caseload of 42 students in grades K through 5, your expertise will help shape young minds and support their communication development in a collaborative educational setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, teachers, and families
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–5th grade students
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations of speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s unique needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation according to school and legal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a resource for staff and parents
