Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to elementary students
- Conduct assessments to identify communication challenges affecting academic performance
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain clear, detailed documentation for evaluations, sessions, and progress toward goals
- Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and participation
