Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Wisconsin SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or enrollment in CFY
• Previous experience (including internships) in school or pediatric settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Organizational skills for managing caseload documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education teams
• Provide progress updates to caregivers and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
