Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract position spans the academic year, working three days per week (21 hours total), with some scheduling flexibility available to fit your needs. All services will be provided within a single building, creating a manageable and consistent work environment from September 8, 2026, through June 24, 2027.

Ideal candidates bring clinical expertise and a passion for making a positive difference in students’ communication skills and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state SLP licensure
  • Demonstrated experience with middle and/or high school-aged students preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication and language needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services on-site within the school building
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs across grades 6–12
