Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting elementary students’ communication and learning. This role centers on providing speech-language pathology services to a caseload of students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade for the upcoming spring semester.

Your schedule will follow typical school hours, Monday through Friday from 7:40am to 3:25pm, giving you consistent weekdays and evenings free. You’ll begin on March 2, 2026, and work through June 4, 2026, making an impactful difference over the course of the spring.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active license for Speech-Language Pathology in Wisconsin
  • ASHA certification or eligibility
  • Experience delivering services in school settings, particularly at the elementary level
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
  • Compassion and adaptability to meet the needs of young learners
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to K–3rd grade students
  • Document progress, maintain student records, and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed
