Licensed Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in Watertown, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and certification
• Previous experience working with elementary school students (K-3 preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload, focusing on grades K through 3
• Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a team-oriented educational setting
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and policies

Work Schedule & Duration:

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:40am–3:25pm
• Contract position beginning March 2, 2026 and concluding June 4, 2026
