Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting young learners from kindergarten through third grade. This full-time contract position offers the chance to positively impact elementary students in a collaborative, nurturing atmosphere. Enjoy consistent hours, Monday through Friday from 7:40am to 3:25pm, beginning March 2, 2026, through June 4, 2026. Make a tangible difference by facilitating speech and language development for an energetic K-3rd grade caseload.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification appropriate for school-based practice
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in grades K-3
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with educators, students, and families
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students on your caseload
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine individual needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for each student
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and documentation
  • Deliver services in both group and one-on-one settings, adapting methods as needed
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
