Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior pediatric/school-based experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and assess student progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student development
