An exciting opportunity awaits for a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Associate looking to make a real difference in a supportive, collaborative school setting. This contract role starts July 28 (teacher orientation) with the school year beginning August 5, and, depending on candidate preference, can extend until May 19, 2027, offering the potential for long-term impact. With a manageable caseload of 35-45 general education students, you’ll provide essential pull-out speech therapy services, focusing mainly on language and articulation needs.

This position offers 30-40 hours per week and welcomes candidates who are licensed SLPs, hold (or are eligible for) ASHA certification, or qualified Speech-Language Associates working towards SLP licensure. The environment is team-oriented and fosters professional growth as you collaborate with educators and families to help students succeed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold (or be eligible for) current state SLP licensure; ASHA certification preferred
  • Speech-Language Associates must meet PSC requirements and actively pursue SLP licensure (information and support available)
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy to general education students in a pull-out setting
  • Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain thorough records on student progress and program outcomes
  • Communicate regularly and proactively with teachers and families
  • Support students’ academic and social success through targeted intervention

You’ll be joining a school community where your expertise is valued, where mentorship is available for new Speech-Language Associates, and where your contribution will help close the gap for students in need of speech-language support.

If you’re personable, organized, and eager to make an impact in students' lives, apply today and step into a role that’s as rewarding as it is meaningful.
