Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential
- Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings, ranging from preschool to older students
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students, families, and staff
- Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 60 students with varying speech and language needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and participate in IEP meetings for eligible students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational and functional outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
