This full-time, contract position calls for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) ready to make a difference across both elementary and high school levels.

You’ll have the chance to collaborate with a motivated team, serving a manageable caseload of 45-50 students. Your expertise will help shape personalized interventions and empower students to achieve their greatest academic and personal potential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in California
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred, though motivated candidates new to schools are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ IEP goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven decisions and updates
  • Facilitate meetings and contribute to IEP team discussions
  • Support students across elementary and high school environments
