Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy services for a diverse student population
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Employ evidence-based practices and remain flexible to the needs of each student
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the school community
