Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Watsonville, CA

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated school team to deliver evidence-based speech and language services to a current caseload of 35 elementary-aged students. This is a wonderful environment for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists—including those with CCC or seeking CFY status—who are passionate about helping young learners achieve their communication goals. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience or sincere interest in working with children in a school setting
• Strong communication skills and collaborative, student-centered approach
• Bilingual skills a plus, not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Engage in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Maintain timely and accurate records consistent with school and legal guidelines
• Advocate for student access and progress through meaningful service delivery
