Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Holds or is eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for work in educational settings
- Experience with school-aged children across K-12 is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy sessions directly to students, as well as provide consultative services with staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed within contract hours
