Bring your expertise and passion as an onsite speech-language pathologist for the upcoming school year, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and making a meaningful impact on student growth.

Your role includes K-12 coverage (specific grades and caseload details to be determined), full-time hours (35 per week), and participation in a comprehensive orientation from August 12th-14th. You will play an essential part in evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized programs to support communication, language, and social-emotional needs for a diverse student population.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL); verification required
  • SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) considered
  • Schools-based experience preferred, but open to new graduates with strong clinical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Commitment to onsite services; remote work is not available for this position
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for assigned students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services to students in classroom and small-group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams to ensure best practices
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards
