Bilingual School Speech Language Pathologist - Waukegan, IL

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC or CFY candidates welcome
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting, K-12
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all district and state guidelines
• Provide therapy during contract hours only—no additional district duties required
