Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within classrooms and therapy settings
- Maintain accurate documentation compliant with district and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP development, and student progress reviews
- Provide support, training, and resources to teachers and families to maximize student achievement
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs and promote inclusion
