Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Waukesha, WI

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to devise and implement individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop IEP goals and deliver direct therapy services
• Document progress and manage caseloads efficiently
• Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide consultation and resources to educational staff
