Licensed Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Waukesha, Wisconsin

Qualifications & Licensure:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide therapy services for K-3rd grade students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Consult with classroom teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and team planning sessions

Assignment Details:

• Full time, Monday–Friday, 7:40 am–3:25 pm
• Contract duration: March 2, 2026, through June 4, 2026
• Elementary school caseload focused on grades K-3
