This contract role spans from March 2, 2026, through June 4, 2026, offering the chance to make immediate and lasting impacts with a vibrant K–3rd grade caseload. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:40am to 3:25pm, providing a healthy work-life balance while fostering strong connections with students and faculty.
Qualifications:
- Hold a current, valid SLP license and certification
- Previous experience working within an elementary school setting preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and educational staff
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
- Dedication to promoting student growth and participation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–3rd grade students
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and track progress for assigned caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with school district standards and requirements
