Elementary Certified Speech and Language Pathologist in Waukesha, WI

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, valid SLP license and certification
• Previous experience working within an elementary school setting preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and educational staff
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Dedication to promoting student growth and participation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K–3rd grade students
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and track progress for assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school district standards and requirements
