Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active SLP license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated to student success
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
- Deliver therapy to students individually and in small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed
- Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
- Participate in IEP/assessment meetings and contribute to goal setting and educational planning
