Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, assessment results, and session logs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to foster student success
- Offer engaging resources and strategies to support classroom and home carryover
