Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active SLP license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
• Deliver therapy to students individually and in small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed
• Consult and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP/assessment meetings and contribute to goal setting and educational planning
