Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to individualize approaches for a wide range of student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in coordination with a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain detailed records, monitor progress, and contribute to eligibility meetings and parent conferences
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom and home environments
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and positive environment that encourages student participation and skill development
