This position offers flexibility, with the choice to provide services either via teletherapy (voco) or onsite, spanning a manageable caseload of 35-45 students across three schools on a single campus, plus one private institution. Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) credentials
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations
- Proficiency in both teletherapy and in-person service models welcomed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt services for students of varying ages and needs (PreK-12th grade)
- Commitment to engaging families and educational staff as partners in student progress
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services, adapting delivery for virtual or onsite modalities as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and evaluation processes
