Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active state licensure as SLP (CCC or CFY accepted) or SLPA
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Proficiency with therapy planning, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with students, staff and families
  • Experience or openness to teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language assessments and intervention to diverse student caseloads
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to tailor support plans
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP requirements
  • Maintain timely records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide support and mentorship for students in group or individual sessions
  • Educate school staff and caregivers about effective communication strategies
  • Participate in ongoing professional development
